HR in a Students' Union isn't quite like HR anywhere else.

With student staff balancing shifts around lectures, elected officers leading campaigns, and a professional team keeping everything running behind the scenes, our workforce is diverse, dynamic, and constantly changing. HR in a Students' Union is fast-paced, occasionally unpredictable, and rarely dull.

We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our small team - someone who is as comfortable with detail as they are with people, and who cares that everyone, from a first-time student employee to a long-serving member of staff, feels looked after.

You'll be involved in recruitment, training records, and day-to-day HR administration, all within an organisation that has students at its heart.

This is an entry-level role, so we're not expecting years of HR experience. We are looking for someone organised, discreet, and genuinely interested in people — who wants to grow their career somewhere with real purpose.
